The Department of English at Covenant College invites applications for an adjunct professor to teach one section of speech each semester in the Fall 2022-Spring 2023 academic year. Covenant College is an academically rigorous Christian college emphasizing the liberal arts in the Reformed and Presbyterian tradition.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Teach an undergraduate course on speech in the context of a Christian perspective
- Plan lessons and assignments, grade assignments, respond to student inquiries, submit grades
Qualifications:
- An appreciation and understanding of the mission of Covenant College
- M.A. in Communications from an accredited institution
- Expertise in the subject area
- Teaching experience preferred
